This privacy policy applies to the mobile application The Hills of Edo, which is published and operated by Hooner LLC.

Data Collection: This app does not collect, store, or share any personal information or identifiable data from users. No registration or login is required, and no analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking tools are integrated.

Location Services: The app uses your device's GPS to determine your location in order to detect proximity to historical hill markers within Tokyo. When Roaming Mode is enabled, the app may request background ("Always") location access so it can notify you as you approach a hill marker even while the app is not in the foreground. This location data is used locally on your device and is not transmitted, stored, or shared externally.

Face Tracking and TrueDepth Data: This app uses Apple's TrueDepth camera system to enable real-time augmented reality features. Face tracking data (such as position and movement) is processed on-device solely to render visual effects. This data is not collected, stored, transmitted, or shared with any third parties.

Game Center: This app integrates with Apple's Game Center to support leaderboards, achievements, friends, and cooperative matchmaking between players. When you sign in to Game Center, Apple collects and processes certain information (such as your Game Center nickname and gameplay activity) under Apple's own privacy policy. We do not receive, store, or have access to your Game Center account credentials.

Children: This app is suitable for general audiences. If a minor uses the app, it should be under the guidance of a parent or legal guardian.

本プライバシーポリシーは、Hooner LLCが発行・運営するモバイルアプリ「江戸の坂」に適用されます。

個人情報の収集：本アプリは、ユーザーの個人情報や識別可能なデータを収集・保存・共有しません。登録やログインは不要で、広告や解析、サードパーティのトラッキングツールも一切使用しておりません。

位置情報の使用：このアプリは、東京23区内における歴史的な坂の近接状況を判定するため、端末のGPS機能を使用します。ローミングモードが有効な場合、アプリがバックグラウンドで動作しているときでも坂の近くに来たことを通知できるよう、「常に許可」のバックグラウンド位置情報アクセスを求めることがあります。取得された位置情報は端末内でのみ利用され、外部に送信・保存・共有されることはありません。

顔追跡およびTrueDepthデータ：本アプリは、リアルタイムの拡張現実（AR）機能を提供するために、AppleのTrueDepthカメラシステムを使用します。顔の位置や動きなどの顔追跡データは、視覚効果を描画する目的に限り、端末上で処理されます。これらのデータは収集、保存、送信されることはなく、第三者と共有されることもありません。

Game Center：本アプリは、リーダーボード、実績、フレンド機能、協力プレイのマッチメイキングのためにAppleのGame Centerと連携しています。Game Centerにサインインすると、AppleがGame Centerのニックネームやプレイ活動などの情報を、Apple独自のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて収集・処理します。当社がお客様のGame Centerアカウント情報を受け取ったり、保存したり、アクセスしたりすることはありません。

未成年の利用：本アプリは一般向けに設計されています。未成年の方が利用する場合は、保護者の同意と監督のもとでご利用ください。
